Groups can be tricky. There’s often one or two members who won’t play ball.

A small group can be controlled. So can a larger group, if you manage to get their full attention. The children on the stairs shot was a joy to cover, as all the children are related to one another, and they knew this was a special photo for much loved Grandparents Margaret and Maurice.

Make sure you have your camera ready on the right setting. Folks tend to get bored if they have to stand around whilst you make adjustments… and who can blame them ?
